An application with a + agile seal to ease access to more sustainable and green mobility.
The app will be launched progressively and will incorporate new features at each development stage.
What can I do with the app?
Load navegante® cards
If you have a personalized navegante® card (for personal and non-transferable use), you can load it on the navegante app very conveniently, as the app functions as a mobile ticket office.
How does it work?
• Just bring your navegante® card close
• Select the title you want to load
• Select the payment method (MB Way or debit/credit card)
• Wait a few seconds for the loading process
It becomes immediately available for travel!
Activate access to discounts (coming soon)
If you are a young student, you can easily access the Sub18 discount.
Check the contents of your navegante card
• Check if you have a loaded pass and its expiration date
• Check which discounts are active on the card
• Check the balance of zapping or pre-paid navegante®
Access the Passenger Support area
With a direct connection to navegante.pt, you can make information requests or resolve issues more directly through the app.

Immediately access the main questions asked by people, whether they are passengers or not.
The upcoming scheduled development stages will incorporate the concept of a mobility account, with access to movement consultation and card request, as well as the virtualization of navegante® cards with the possibility of validation using a mobile phone.
