Myrunning is an app that makes your running more efficient and inspiring. It helps
you before, during and after your run. Myrunning analyzes your
technique/performance and gives you access to the knowledge of well-known running coaches. Install the Myrunning app, place your mobile in your waist belt, pocket or hold it in your hand and start running! Upload the workout and review detailed results and graphs.
Different types of sessions can be selected, technique tests can be completed and the app keeps track of your progress and personal bests.
Our experienced coaches produce and explain running sessions and plan regularly for you. Find a session in the app and try it next time you run! In our running school (currently only available in Swedish), you will also receive various videos with running tips and knowledge from our trainers
in filmed presentations.
Goals can be defined and training programs can be entered. All so that you can see that you complete your plans! You can also invite friends so you can follow each others workouts, or create/participate in a training group.
The app analyzes your movement in a simple but sophisticated way, giving you the opportunity to improve your technique and your results!
Note regarding performance of the GPS:
The Myrunning app depends in part on the GPS in your smartphone to be able to calculate some of the movement results. Some cell phones do not always receive the GPS signal correctly. The map that shows where you moved and the distance can then be wrong. If location data appears to be incorrect, check if the operating system can be updated to the latest version. On some devices the performance is low without any known measures and the installation of the Myrunning app may be limited on such devices.
Some smartphones have battery optimization settings to extend battery life. Make sure that the app is not affected by this battery optimization feature. Go to battery settings on your device and follow the manufacturer's instructions to allow the app to run in the background during training.
