-Log in with your existing oksusu ID in the My oksusu app> Purchase details> Download content and play
■ Service related inquiries
-Customer Center: 106, 080-8282-106 without area code (wavve related inquiries: 1599-3790)
-In-app inquiry: My oksusu app> Customer Center> 1:1 inquiry
-Email inquiry: mobileqna@skbroadband.com

My oksusu uses the following privileges to provide smooth service.
■ Information on required access rights
‘Required access rights’ require permission when using the function, and if not allowed, there may be restrictions on the normal use of the service.
-Phone: Call the customer center (106)
-Storage: Download and play content
■ Selective access rights
‘Selective access rights’ require permission when using the function, and services other than the function can be used even when not allowed.
-Camera: Use a QR code when connecting a TV set-top box
