[docomo official app] Introducing an app that allows you to easily check the amount of data traffic, charges, and d points you care about! You can also check the amount of communication until the speed drops.
This is an official DOCOMO app that allows you to easily check information such as your DOCOMO usage amount, data traffic volume, and d points.
It can be used to check the data traffic volume every day, as it displays the traffic volume used in the current month and the traffic volume until the speed drops.
Main features:
○ Confirmation of usage status and contract plan
・Usage amount
・Data traffic volume for 3 days/total for 1 month
・Total amount of data traffic for the month of Packet Pack
・Remaining data communication volume until speed reduction
*Displayed including data communication volume such as speed mode and 1GB additional option.
・d points
・Customer's contract plan, etc.
* Some displays may differ depending on the customer's contract status.
○Other functions
・Display frequently asked questions and support service information when you are in trouble
・ Convenient login function, no need to enter d account every time
・Multiple accounts supported (up to 20 accounts)
・Display usage amount for up to 12 months including the current month
・Notify when the available data communication volume for the current month is low
・Additional data traffic volume option, link to data traffic volume confirmation site
・Display charges and communication volume with widgets
・Automatic update of charges and data traffic volume
* Automatically obtain charges and data communication volume in the background.
・Passcode lock prevents unauthorized use by third parties
■ Supported models
DoCoMo smartphones/tablets with Android OS 7.0 to 13.0
* It will be compatible with docomo smartphones and docomo tablets that will be released in the future.
*The following terminals are not supported.
Excludes Raku-Raku smartphone series (models released before January 2017), smartphone for junior series, and business smartphones.
*It is possible to use the app on Rakuraku smartphone devices released after February 2017.
However, it does not support some functions unique to Raku-Raku smartphones, such as text-to-speech and Raku-Raku touch functions.

・Packet communication charges are incurred when using the app, so we recommend that you sign up for a packet flat-rate service.
・Customers with a corporate contract cannot use the My docomo app. Please use the My docomo site from the URL below.
