-Phone: Used when logging in or signing up to check whether contracted customer information matches, and when connecting to the customer center or sending text messages, when connecting to a counselor
*Optional access rights
- Storage space: used when attaching images
- Biometric information (fingerprint/Face ID): Used when requesting remote security/disarming
