Introduction:
Mobiléa Beeldzorg 2.0 is the new generation in video calling. NEN7510 and ISO27001 certified. As an online care platform, Mobiléa can support people in their self-reliance and control over their own care. This by means of time-saving arrangements for care, services and communication between the person asking for help, the caregiver, the relative and the care professional. Functions are image care, care center / back office, basic alarms, central agenda, chat including photo sharing and file sharing during Image Care plus being able to use fixed and mobile telephony.
The latter function offers the possibility to quickly and easily engage third parties who do not (yet) consider our application to be necessary, but who are important to involve in a conversation. Think of the GP, specialist or a municipality. For example, clients who do not understand a letter can call the agency with their supervisor. The facilitator sees how the client reacts and can guide the conversation remotely to reassure the client.
New functions are constantly being added to Mobiléa. Safe and easy to use.

1 Video calling & chatting
Image care 2.0 goes beyond a 1: 1 video call. Healthcare providers, clients, informal caregivers and relatives can easily exchange video calls and information on their own device. People are not forced to buy new hardware.
2 Remote care planned and unplanned
Guiding clients, administering medication, going through the mail, contacting authorities, cooking food, etc. See each other, show instructions and call in someone via a fixed or mobile number.
3 Central calendar to be synchronized
With the central agenda, the care triangle can work together efficiently in the care surrounding the care recipient with coordinated planning and reminders. The care recipient can be supported with, among other things, a day structure, medication control and reminders.
4 Care center / Achterwacht
As a care organization, you can easily set up a Care Center / Achterwacht with Mobiléa. Mobiléa has all the necessary functions for this. Transferring to colleagues, other teams and / or an external 24/7 care center is also possible.
5 MDO to 50 people
Clear contact with each other and determine who you see when. No staggering and good control over your own image. Files can be shared and fixed + mobile switched on.
