My Tigo is the self-management application for all Tigo, Home and Mobile clients.
Navigation within the App is Free, it does not consume your megabytes, offering you, among others, the following functionalities:
- Enjoy exclusive promotions on this channel.
- Check balance and available bonuses.
- Make balance transfers from your recharge bag.
- Activate and give bonuses with the balance of your line.
- Activate and give vouchers with a credit or debit card.
- Recharge your line or other people.
- Consult and pay bills (Postpaid and Home customers).
- Subscribe automatic debit for mobile and Home Postpaid bill payment.
- Check details of your plan (Postpaid and Home customers).
- Manage your internet service. You can change the network name and password, share your internet, restart your modem, among others.
- Activate Premium content (Amazon Prime Video) for Postpaid and Home.
- Session closure, now you can close open sessions on all your devices.
- Notification center to keep you up to date with promotions and new features.
- For your convenience, you can now rate our App through internal notifications.
- Registration and Login: The application allows registration by means of:
Password: We suggest this method, which offers you all the functionalities and allows you to manage several services at the same time (one or several cell phone numbers + Tigo Hogar). You can choose to use your phone number or Email.
With PIN: quick and easy registration for mobile clients. It allows to manage only the corresponding line. Some features may not be available until you switch to password registration or Email.
Social profile: now you can register using your Facebook and Google account.
