LoopMe · Beschrijving
LoopMe is a communications and monitoring tool that is used in order to increase the quality of individual development while it aims to make the leader / teacher's work in leading several individuals simultaneously more effective.
The system is based on the principles of social media but is an internal system optimized for learning. When using LoopMe, the teacher/leader can empower, lead and follow each individual towards assignments on a deeper level. Communication is based on a learning perspective, is hierarchical and can partly be anonymous, thus preserving the integrity, honest feedback and that the recipient is not overflowed with information. LoopMe thus acts as an accelerator for schools / organizations in their systematic quality work to achieve continuous improvement.
LoopMe is also at monitoring tool for researchers who want to collect empirical data on various learning environments. The system can be adapted to the theme that researchers want to follow and provides the ability to continuously collect data on emotional learning events from many individuals simultaneously.
