Humans is aimed to be a community platform where people and businesses alike can create communities on any interest they might have. Business can create communities to get closer to their customers. Users or creators can create communities on any topic they are interested in.
Humans will enhance the social interaction done online through NFTs adding an extra dimension to online social interactions. previously, Interactions were very straight forward and high level. Even though snapchat and instagram have added several new dimensions (pictures and videos) to the social interactions. ultimately they all come down to chats. which is why both instagram and facebook added chat features to their platforms. Chats are the basis of all online interactions. What makes the NFTs so special is the users wallet. A wallet is the online embodiment of a user. It emulates a dimension that occurs IRL. Think of this, imagine you just bought a large item from LV, and now you’re walking down the street carrying that LV bag, suddenly you see someone else walking down that street with the same big bag, insinuating they also bought a large item. Now, something in you lights up, some feeling of similarity between you and the other person. An automatic sense of trust and liking rises and you kind of feel comfortable with that person. Now imagine that interaction but online, with the help of NFTs. So, the basis of humans is to extrapolate that process online.
The core of the platform there will be a community where like minded people get to talk and meet. users and business alike can create a community whenever and for whatever interest. All communities will be token-gated (access is limited to NFT holders).
Given that awareness on NFTs in the region is quite low then its fair to say that adoption rates will also be low. One way to increase awareness and adoption is by creating communities with a high following or a high level of interest like the Seasons or sports similar to NBA topshot.
For businesses or brands, they can create a community to keep their loyal fans or customers in one place and get access to exclusive events, merch, offers… these brands or businesses can develop their own web3 website if they don’t have an exiting website (integrate with salla and zed?) to sell their NFTs. The NFTs are either uniquely designed or generic using the no code NFT.
