We are in a moment of transformation, moving towards the future without leaving our essence. We want you to feel our care and experience wherever you are. With that, we present our new app. Now, you will be able to access your appointments quickly and securely, with the same confidence as always.
In it, you will have the following features:
- Access to real-time schedules, such as the status and information of released reports. For this, you will need to have performed at least one query on Hcor.
- It will be possible to confirm or cancel appointments for exams and appointments.
- Check-in: in a practical and quick way, you will be able to send the documents of your procedure in advance, without the need to go to the hospital at this moment.
- Check-in will also be available for laboratory tests that do not require an appointment.
- Notifications: we help you remember any appointments! Through notifications, our app will let you know when an appointment or exam is near or when check-in takes place.
- Private services: keep your control and have access to the total and descriptive value of items generated in the account.

- At this first moment, the appointment and exam scheduling functionality is not available in the app. For this, contact the Hcor appointment center at (11) 3889-3939.
- Access to the application is made through data such as CPF, date of birth and token number sent by email or SMS registered in your first appointment with Hcor.
