Welcome to the CARE by GRTC mobile app! Use this app to schedule paratransit riders in the greater Richmond region.
To get started, enter your phone number to log into your account. Then, schedule your ride with just a few taps - enter your pick up and dropoff address, and select the date and time for your ride. Finally, you can open the app near the time of your ride to monitor your vehicle on its way. The CARE by GRTC app lets you book one-time trips, standing trips, and view or cancel future trips.
Our technology will do the work to schedule your ride and fulfill your ride booking. You select a time that works for you, track your vehicle as it approaches, view vehicle information to promote security, and view your ride in the app. If you have issues logging in or other questions, please call GRTC at (804) 782-2273.
