The Blue Zone system is Digital, acquire the e-Ticket.
How to acquire the e-Ticket to use in the Rotating Parking?
The user will be able to purchase an e-Ticket from the Monitors who will be duly identified and circulating through the areas where there are regulated vacancies. You can also go to the affiliated points of sale that will be clearly identified in the regulated areas.
And for your best convenience, you can download the APP ParkingFacil for Cell Phones/Smartphones, which will allow registered users to acquire credits for the purchase of e-Tickets.
How to use the ParkingFacil APP?
Look for the ParkingFacil APP in the app store on your cell phone/smartphone, after installation you will be asked to register with your Name, Email, Phone and Password.
After completing the registration, the user will be able to acquire credits for the purchase of e-Tickets, using his credit or debit card. In the APP, you will be able to view the history of credit purchases made at ParkingFacil, in addition to always having your Balance at hand to purchase new e-Tickets.
Credit/debit card transactions will be protected, being carried out directly with the Operator. With this, the card information will not be stored, avoiding any possibility of misuse of the information.
With the credits acquired, the user will be able, through the ParkingFacil APP, to activate the e-Ticket for the rates and periods regulated by the Municipal Law.
The user will receive confirmation of the validation of the purchased e-Ticket, and it is not necessary to go to the monitor or to the parked vehicle.
How to use the e-Ticket in Rotary Parking?
The system will use digital technology to issue the e-Ticket allowing that, after the user acquires the e-Ticket (through the monitors/accredited stations/APP), the vehicle license plate is registered in the system, validating the period of permanence of the vehicle in the parking space .
This way, it will not be necessary for the user to return to the vehicle to validate the period or leave any type of printed ticket in a visible place, as in the conventional system.
The responsibility for inspecting the regularity of vehicles parked in regulated spaces will be carried out by the Traffic Agents of the Municipality of Registration.
When the vehicle parked irregularly?
A vehicle will be considered illegally parked if:
Exceed the maximum period of parking allowed in each area;
User does not activate the e-Ticket in the inspected period;
Is using a ticket different from the one adopted by the Municipality of Registration;
What happens when the user does not perform the regularization?
According to item XVII of art. 181 of the Brazilian Traffic Code and other relevant regulations, non-compliance with the conditions specifically regulated by the signage (plate - Rotating Parking), provides for the application of a Traffic Infraction Notice (serious type 5 (five) points on the CNH) with the application of a Penalty fine, and still subject to removal of the vehicle.
