EcoSearch

A search engine that informs about the environmental toxicity of beauty products. Using the chat-GPT API, this application shows how threatening the product is to the environment in a scale of 1 to 3, along with which chemicals contribute to the scale. Results may not be 100% accurate as chat-GPT may not always produce consistent answers.

This app was developed as a way to increase awareness of how toxic some beauty products could be. We hope this app could contribute to changing the beauty product industry to be greener than it is now.
