The new features are more considerate to the needs of users and caregivers. From daily health care to critical emergency help, the eCare Link® App will be your reliable mobile health and safety assistance, allowing you to live independently.

(1) Guardian Service
Safe Guard
If the user's mobile phone equipped with the eCare Link® App which has not been moved for more than a day*, our Care-on-Call Service Call Centre will actively contact the user/family to ensure user safety.
• The mobile phone and the eCare Link® App must be in the normal startup state. The definition of "mobile" is based on the mobile phone manufacturer's definition
• eCare Link® App collects location in the background and upload to the Care-on-Call Services Centre to protect you all the time, and even when the app is closed or not started or run in background.
Auto Pick up Call in Emergency
In an emergency situation, the Care-on-call Service Centre can call to user’s mobile phone. In the case of call in vain for 2 times, on the third times calls, the eCare Link® app will auto pick up the if the caller is coming from Care-on-call Service Centre. The caring staff will understand user's situation instantly.
• The mobile phone and the eCare Link® App must be in the normal startup state
• Allow eCare Link® App be the default phone dialer so to support auto pick up in emergency situation
Low Battery Warning
When the battery level of the mobile phone is under 20%, the Care-on-Call Service Call Centre will call to remind the user to charge the mobile phone.
• The mobile phone and the eCare Link® App must be in the normal startup state. The definition of "mobile" is based on the mobile phone manufacturer's definition
(2) Assisted Care
Follow the instructions of the user or family member, remind to take medicine, make appointments for outpatient appointments and become the user's intimate assistant.
(3) At Critical Moments
Can assist caregivers or family members to find the location of the elders to provide appropriate support. At critical moments, one-click access to the 24-hour Care-on-Call Service Call Centre to provide users with appropriate assistance.
(4) Sincere Named Contacts
eCare Link® App will add the Care-on-Call Service Call Centre emergency hotline and enquiry hotline into the phone book of elderly device so that elderly feels comfortable during SOS call.
(5) Default Phone Dialer
Accept eCare Link® App become the default phone dialer so to provide better user experience with enlarged icons and convenient interaction. This default dialer can support auto call pickup in emergency situation.
