Easy Case EPC

Easy Case EPC is a customized solution for the Tracking and the Tracing of your reusable transport units inside your Supply Chain. Thanks to the acquisition of EPC codes (GS1 standard), it allows a real-time Track & Trace of your units as well as a Reporting of their condition. All these operations are available with the use of a simple smartphone (Android compliant).
Our goal? Providing you with a clear visibility of your Supply Chain with a widely used device : the Smartphone. In fact, you will be able to access instantly to the informations “Where” , “When”, “What”, “Why” concerning your transport units.
How?

1.Identification

The application allows you to acquire EPC codes (GS1 Standard). It permits a precise identification of each transport unit with multiple reading modes.
• NFC tag reading
• Barcode scanning by photography
•Barcode scanning by laser *
•RFID UHF tag reading ( EPC Gen 2 )*
* with compliant devices (Alien ALR-H450, Unitech PA 700, Unitech RP100, Zebra MC33)

2.Tracability

After the identification of your unit, the information can be encoded and transmitted. As a result, the user can at any time transmit the geolocalization, the condition and the logistics events related to any transport unit.
• Input of the geolocalization of each transport unit (Bizloc)
• Selection of the transport unit condition : empty, full, damaged,…
(integrated photography option)
• Selection of the logistic events (Bizstep) : Delivering, picking, order processing,…

The choice of logistic actions (scenarios) as well as the choice of the unit condition are custom-made to respond to a wide range of specific demands. This customization will be possible as soon as you will have created your user account. Thanks to this on-demand application, you will have a tool that will fit perfectly into YOUR organization.

3.The transfer of the data to a standardized information system (EPCIS)

The informations acquired by the use of EasyCase EPC (where, when,…)will be transmitted to an EPCIS of your own choosing. The use of an EPCIS permits an easy and secured sharing of the data between the partners (GS1 standard). At this end, we propose our own EPCIS solution : IT EPCIS.
