"e-Social" internet portal was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 5, 2018 No. 258 "On expanding the use of electronic services in the field of labor, employment, social protection and social security".

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 15, 2019 No. 534 "On approval of the" Regulations on the Centralized Electronic Information System "and the" Regulations on the "e-social" Internet portal "of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Regulations of the social portal were approved.

Along with the portal, through the "e-Social" mobile application, citizens can obtain any information about themselves using e-services and use the services of the Ministry.

Personal account - Service information belonging to the citizen
E-certificate - the ability to obtain a certificate containing information belonging to the Ministry and check the existing certificate by number, FIN or barcode
Notifications - Automatic notification of a person when there is a change in the information specific to the citizen
Pension calculator-Possibility to check pension entitlement
E-application - the ability to make any application online to the relevant body of the Ministry
News - Ability to follow social news in the country
Questions and Answers - Opportunity to get acquainted with the most frequently asked questions and answers related to social security, as well as the opportunity to address any questions to the Ministry and look at the history of questions
