Dpar is a B2B application that enables businesses operating in the spare parts market to order original parts from Doğuş Otomotiv authorized services. The system is only available for commercial use.

· Dpar works with the membership system and it is completely free.
· Dpar, only special service, parts shop, parts wholesaler, insurance company, fleet, etc. It is open to corporate customers and not for individual customers.
· Membership applications are first evaluated by Doğuş Otomotiv. Approved users are given the right to apply to the authorized services they want through the Dpar system.
· Users must obtain approval from at least one authorized service in order to be able to query parts and create orders in the system.
· Each commercial enterprise can apply to the system with only one user. If more users are needed, a sub-user can be created depending on the main user. The lower user limit is determined by Doğuş Otomotiv. The main user will be responsible for all transactions to be made by sub-users.
Query original parts information:
· Users who are members of the system can inquire about parts price and stock via the application and send orders to authorized services from which they have received approval.
Users can search for parts belonging to brands authorized by the relevant authorized service.
· Dpar can be searched only by part number, and there is no technical catalog, part detection application or collective part list in the system.
Create your order now:
· For the parts added to the basket, an order can be created and transferred to the relevant authorized service.
The following information is requested from the user on the order creation screen:
a. Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, the customer receives the parts from the authorized service warehouse. However, if the authorized service offers the opportunity and the customer chooses, the order can be shipped by the authorized service to the address specified by the customer.
b. Invoice address: If the customer wishes, he can request that the invoice for his order be issued to a different address.
c. Payment: Within the scope of the authorized service, the customer can send the order to the authorized service by making or not making the payment, if he / she wishes. Payment transaction is made by connecting to the virtual POS system that the authorized service will define to the system and takes place directly between the customer and the authorized service. Doğuş Otomotiv does not have any intervention or responsibility.
D. Order note: If the customer needs it, he can enter a note regarding his order.
