DexFit aims to educate its members and provide them with the tools to live a healthy, happy and sustainable lfiestyle. Features include educational and instructional videos, personalised exercise programmes, Dexter's workouts, the ability to integrate Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal, Fitbit and Withings, in-app messaging directly with Dexter and progress tracking.
