Through the Cuidarlos community, family members and caregivers come into contact within a safe environment where they can, without intermediaries, arrange interviews, chat and meet.
All profiles published within the Cuidarlos platform are generated individually, free and genuine. The profiles belong to real people looking for job opportunities.
Family members in search of caregivers can examine the different profiles, evaluate the rankings of each applicant and contact the one they consider most appropriate to care for their loved one.
Through the Caring for Them App it is possible to find a new caregiver or a replacement if your usual caregiver has been absent without notice.
Caregivers who belong to the Cuidarlos network have the possibility of permanent training through online courses. The record of that training, when combined with your performance and performance, increases your chances of getting a job.

Characteristics

▶ Through the App it is possible to contract the Monitoring Pack that provides a highly detailed and precise monitoring, control and follow-up service for caregivers and patients. Through this constant and real-time monitoring, it is possible to supervise patient care from anywhere just by accessing the App.
▶ Creation of time grid. Once the caregiver who will attend the patient has been defined, it is necessary to establish a schedule grid detailing the days and times when the caregiver will attend the patient's home. This time grid will be agreed by both parties.
▶ Presentism control. Having created a schedule of schedules, the App detects the arrival of the caregiver at home through geolocation. In the same way, the App allows you to inform your departure time. Caring for Them App allows this control with several caregivers in the event that patient care is carried out by more than one person.
▶ Creation of task lists so that the caregiver can supervise the patient efficiently. It is possible, quickly and easily, to load the necessary medications for the patient, specific indications for their hygiene, clarifications about the type of diet, scheduled times for naps and walks.

Functioning
▶ The work hours or time grid will be described within the App and confirmed by both (caregiver and Responsible). This will allow detailed monitoring of the selected caregiver (s)
▶ The care tasks will be defined and established by the Responsible and will be personal and individual to each patient. In the event that a Manager has more than one patient to be assisted, they must create the tasks for each patient independently.
▶ Each task to be done will be displayed as an icon on your phone. Caregivers will always have visibility of the patient's needs, as soon as they are detailed by the Responsible. Your work plan throughout your shift will be available online at all times.
▶ Constant monitoring to be sure tasks are performed according to plan. Divergences in time and working hours are recognized and reported automatically. Special events may be reported so that the family member and the caregiver of the next shift are aware of it.
