Bersi Administrator Application
Both through the BERSI website and through the application, residents, administrators, counselors, employees and service providers of the condominium can carry out their tasks and organize their routines in a simple, fast, efficient way and above all, from any place and at any time.
The available resources range from the simple management of open payment slips to the opening of the building's doors using the integrations available in the application. All with the same login and password, receiving pushes for the most important issues, online access and in real time.
With BERSI Administradora, life in a condominium is much more intelligent and peaceful. Features (vary depending on the enabled plan):
- complete registration of unit owners, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between the manager and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc (with moderation).
- ballroom reservations, moving and other schedules,
- access to the bylaws and other documents of the condominium,
- monthly fee slips - monthly interactive accountability with voucher attachments and online approval of the folder
