Bank Australia App

Our app provides you with a secure and easy way to bank on the go.
To get started, login with your customer number and internet banking password.
New customers can download the app to register as a customer and open selected accounts directly.

A few things to remember
• Don’t keep your customer number and PIN with your mobile device.
• Make sure you log out when you’re done.
• The app will automatically log out after five minutes of no activity.
• Contact Bank Australia immediately if you’ve lost your device or feel that someone may know your login details.
• You must be registered for internet banking to have access to the app.
• Please check the BSB, account number or Pay ID of any payment you make carefully. If details are incorrect, you may not be able to get your money back.
• You are responsible for checking that the details of a payment provided to Bank Australia are correct, including the PayID name. Bank Australia does not verify or confirm that the details you provided are correct, or that the account name and number match.

Everyday banking
• Access ‘Secure Mail’ to safely manage and view digital communications with us.
• Share your account details quickly and easily.
• Set up and manage Round UPs. Have card purchases round up to the nearest pre-set amount, then transferred to your chosen account.
• Nickname your accounts.
• Provide your Tax File Number or Foreign Tax Residency information.
• View how much money you have or owe and net position across all accounts.
• Use 3D touch to access shortcuts to transfer, pay someone, manage cards or view accounts.
• Download up to 12 months of your transaction history.
• Add a quick balance widget to your phone or Apple Watch to check your account balance without logging in. Once setup, ask Siri for an account balance update.
• Track spending via categories in the Spend Tracker.
• Customise the length of time before you’re auto-logged out of the app.
• View your session history.
• View important information about your app and device via ‘Settings’.
• Travel notifications: let us know when you’re going overseas, so we can monitor for unusual activity.
• View and manage eStatements.
• Create alerts based on your credit/debit card activity.
• Receive alerts when your loan is due or overdue and when an account is overdrawn.
• View product pages and click through to apply.
• Set up alerts for a range of payment situations or balance thresholds.
• Access calculators to help better manage your finances.
• Manage Open Banking permissions through ‘Sharing Management’ and ‘Sharing Request’ pages.
• Locate and get directions to your nearest branch.
• Helpful product and service information available via pop up notices once logged in and the ‘Latest news’ widget.
Card management
• Digital cards: Visa debit/credit card information is securely available in Cards. Cancel and reorder cards from within the app, then get an instant digital version of your card. Add it to any ‘Pay’ app and start spending immediately.
• Card Controls: manage your credit/debit card features like payWave, reduce your credit card limit, cancel a credit card or lock your card temporarily.
• Report a lost or stolen card, activate a card or change your card’s PIN.
