The application of the Revenue offers the possibility to use different online tax services, some available without registration, others accessible through authentication, by inserting the accreditation cards issued via the web when registering on the site www.agenziaentrate.gov.it
The app can be installed on devices with Android versions from 5.0.
The no logging functions are available:
• the verification service of the Tax Code and VAT;
• reservation of a web ticket at a territorial office and its consultation of the state of progress of the tail;
• booking an appointment at a local office and consultation appointments booked.
In particular, the web ticket allows you to book a ticket queue management at a territorial office, to be used on the same day, only for certain services, thus avoiding the wait for their turn at the office. The consultation of the state of advancement of the tail allows to check from your device the last ticket called into selected spatial and display the trend of the tail, which is useful to check if it is in the vicinity of his or her turn, in the case where l ' user wishes to move away momentarily. Finally, the reservation of appointments allows you to make an appointment at a local office by choosing the desired service and selecting the most appropriate day and time from those available. A reservation made, you will receive a confirmation email and all bookings will be displayed in the list of appointments booked.
The functions available through PINs and passwords are issued by the Inland Revenue, however, those involving personal information. It is, in particular, of the consultancy:
• Status of requests for assistance sent through the CIVIS channel;
• receipt of the documents sent.
Furthermore, through the app, you can access your Tax drawer, where you can see, besides the personal data known by the Agency, even their income information and the payments made with the F24.
