An app to enable the average citizen to get across any civic related issue. This app is meant to cover almost all areas that are within the ambit of the civic agency. The app has been developed according to the city’s needs and is supposed to be a step towards making Shimla a smart city. There are facilities for e-services, grievance, quick pay (Garbage Bill, Water Bill, Electricity Bill and Property Tax)
