MyDDSLab helps you keep track of all your DDS Lab dental prosthetic open case orders, so you always know when they’re expected to arrive.
With the MyDDSLab app, you won't need to take time out of your day to call your account manager to find out when your patient’s case is expected for arrival. Everything you need to know to track your case is at your fingertips!
It’s very simple to instantly see all of your cases, and real-time status updates on one screen. Just sign in to see a list of your open cases ordered by date. Each list item includes the patient name, doctor name and a color-coded label which indicates the status of your case: Received, Fabricating, QC, On Hold and Shipped.
To track each case in real-time just click on the patient’s name and dive into all the status details, including case ID, due date, date received and estimated ship and delivery dates.
Log in once and save your password to quickly access any future inquiries. If there are any questions about your case details, click the phone icon on the top right of the screen to directly call your dedicated account manager.
