My Toilet App · Description
In order to maintain required level of cleanliness and timely upkeep of the community and public toilets across the country the My Toilet App is designed & developed by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, under the Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban. This App is designed for the caretaker of the CT/PT, to mark attendance and seek feedback from users of CT/PT. Caretaker has to mark the attendance at least 2 times a day and take feedback from users of CT/PT at least once in 2 hours. The workflow of the App is mentioned below:
i. The caretaker can login using the mobile number & OTP
ii. 1st time use to provide basic details and setup a password
iii. 2nd time user can login through login ID (mobile number) and password or via OTP
iv. Once logged-in the CT/PTs in 250-meter radius of the caretaker will be shown
v. If the toilet of caretaker is not list, he/she can also add the same
vi. After selecting the CT/PT the caretaker can mark the attendance and take user feedback
vii. The feedback can be submitted by taking the phone number and OPT from the user
viii. Option of showing QR code to the user of CT/PT for taking the feedback is also there in the mobile App
ix. The attendance and feedback data are available in the SBM-MIS platform
