Dashboard Overview:

1) Care Plans Overview -
The Care Plan page provides an easy-to-view summary of a user’s personalized care plan. This page is for to access key care details and review important information.

This page provides a comprehensive, read-only view for users to monitor their care objectives and stay informed about the next steps in their care plan. It is designed to enhance transparency and engagement in the user’s care journey.

2) Care History Overview:

The Care History page provides users with a quick and organized summary of key personal information, medical history, and emergency contacts. This page is designed for easy reference and is accessible in view-only mode.

3) About Me - Personal Details -overview

This screen allows users to fill in and update personal information to create a more personalized profile for better support and understanding. Users can provide details on:
After updating any information in the "About Me" tab, the changes will be sent to a manager for review and approval. While these updates are under review, users will see a notification ("About me awaiting approval"), and further editing in the "About Me" section will be temporarily restricted. However, users can still edit other tabs (like "Interests" and "My Life") without any restrictions.

The screen includes Save and Cancel buttons, allowing users to confirm or discard their changes as needed.

4) My Visits - Schedule of Appointments - overview
The "My Visits" tab provides users with a clear overview of their scheduled appointments for the day. Users can view their upcoming visits, organized by date and time, ensuring they stay informed of their planned activities and care routines.
This screen helps users keep track of their daily schedule, ensuring they are aware of each visit's timing and purpose. The list is displayed in chronological order, making it easy for users to follow their routine and prepare for each scheduled visit.
