we carry out service work enabling the development of our websites with new functionalities. Therefore, during this period, both in the application and in the Moje Tauron website, for logged in users, there may be problems with data refreshing. New customers may experience problems setting up an account.

We have prepared a mobile application for retail clients of the TAURON Group.
Thanks to it, you will be able to conveniently manage contracts and invoices and pay bills quickly and safely.
Additionally - if you have a "teleraccount" - you will be able to provide meter readings using the application. We will then immediately provide you with information about the costs of your consumption.
With the application you can also:
- view details of all your contracts;
- view information about upcoming payments and all issued invoices;
- pay for individual invoices and shopping carts quickly and safely - directly in the application;
- receive notifications min. about a new invoice or upcoming payment date;
- quickly contact TAURON using dedicated hotlines;
- find the nearest customer service point and check information about opening hours and its address;
- if you have the "telerachunek" service - you can provide your meter reading.
To log in to the application, simply enter your login and password from the Moje Tauron website. If you don't have an account on Moje Tauron, you can quickly create one. All you need to do is enter your PESEL and registration number or payer number in the application. You will find these numbers on your contract or invoice.
