mMieszkaniec · Description
mMieszkaniec is a mobile application enabling constant and extensive contact between the local government and residents. The purpose of the tool is to quickly contact local government residents who have the Application installed, mainly via PUSH notifications. It is free for users to download and consists of several independent modules:
mConsultations, mBo, mAdvertisements, mNotifications, mWaste, mTourist, mCard, mEducation, mTaxes, mAccessibility, More
mConsultations – enables residents to participate in social dialogue through access to consultations, surveys and reports. It allows you to track current and archived consultations, complete surveys and view reports and results.
mBo – a Participatory Budget module enabling submitting and viewing projects, voting and tracking results.
mAnnouncements – used to notify residents about events, failures, renovations and weather alerts.
mReports – a module for reporting architectural faults and barriers. It allows you to submit reports, view their history, follow other people's reports and receive notifications about status changes.
mOdpady – contains a waste collection schedule with notifications, a map of PSZOK points, a faction guide and the ability to report problems with collection.
mTourist – an interactive guide with maps and descriptions of routes, tourist trails and local attractions.
mKarta - a virtual resident card with an individual QR code, enabling access to discounts and benefits offered by Partners.
mEducation – for communication with educational institutions, provides insight into fees, reporting absences and access to the notice board.
mAccessibility – supports people with special needs through a map of available places, information about amenities and potential barriers.
mTaxes – provides access to details of receivables and the ability to make online payments.
More – allows redirection to external applications and websites.
To use the function, select your commune/city from the list of active local governments. Full functionality depends on modules activated by a given local government.
