Official and free application for Orange customers, individuals and companies with up to 5 lines, with which you can manage all your services with Orange from your mobile.
Advantages of using the Mi Orange app:
• Orange Assistant. If at any time you need help from one of our agents, chat with them through the Orange Assistant. They will offer you a solution 24/7.
• Clear and accessible invoices. View all the details of your invoice, download it in PDF or send it by email, compare it with other months, change the billing cycle or your checking account. If you are self-employed, we provide you with invoices for quarterly VAT.
• Line Management. Review the details of your rate, the services contracted for each line and modify them if you wish.
• Check your consumption. Check the minutes and megabytes consumed on each of the lines in your contract, check the details of your calls or the additional consumption on your rate, etc.
• Track your order. Follow the status of your fiber provision, the delivery of your new smartphone, etc.
