Registration card - the app - enables civil protection helpers to create a digital helper registration card and make it accessible to common operational control programs via QR code (either in CSV or Vcard format).
The app also offers the function of easily registering and de-registering other helpers, thus allowing a digital registration head to be set up quickly until the actual infrastructure is available.
