The app has the locations of the zones and designated areas for both the Great Sandy Marine Park and Moreton Bay Marine Park and provides users with information of what activities are allowed or not allowed in these areas. The app has a ‘follow me’ feature which will identify what zone you are in when you are in the marine parks. There are alerts which will display when entering certain designated areas to advise of prohibited activities. The app provides information about the marine mammal rules and regulations for Queensland and how to report illegal activities or report sick and stranded marine wildlife. Can be used outside of mobile range.
