MySAO is the official application to facilitate your social housing application procedures. With this version of "MySAO" you can add your documents by photographing them or by importing PDF directly from your smartphone.
1. To connect to your personal space, you will learn:
- Your single registration number
- Your date of birth
- Your code télédemandeur

2. You can check the supporting documents of your file and follow in real time their status of validity:
State validated: your documents have been verified and placed in your file.
State denied: the document does not comply / readable and / or has an abnormality.
being validated state: This state means your parts are being checked.

3. You can add a new play:
- Select the category of the document and then type in choosing the topics.
- Import your document, either by taking a picture or selecting the PDF document on your smartphone.
- Validate and wait for the download of your document. A message confirms that the download was successful.
- Your documents are checked by our agents and placed in your file within 24 hours.
