Given this scenario, there is a need to implement technological solutions that allow for timely action, providing tools for both schools and parents and guardians to stay informed at all times about their children's academic status.
To this end, our institution has implemented a smart ID system, accompanied by a mobile application that allows for direct, agile, and real-time communication between the school and families. This tool represents a significant advance in school monitoring, security, and dropout prevention.
What does this application offer?
The app functions as a direct communication channel with the institution and is designed to provide immediate access to key student information, such as:
- Real-time campus entry and exit records.
Every time the student enters or leaves school, an immediate notification is sent to the guardian's mobile device.
- Class attendance.
The app allows students to check whether they have attended their classes, facilitating daily academic monitoring.
- Immediate school notifications.
Receive notifications about events, appointments, important announcements, or any other matter related to the student's school life.
