KVB ServiceApp APP
With the "KVB ServiceApp," you, as a member of the Federal Railway Officials' Health Insurance Scheme, can submit reimbursement applications and other documents to the health insurance and long-term care insurance providers on your mobile device. As a non-KVB member, you can submit your subsidy application to the Federal Railway Officials' Health Insurance Scheme according to the guidelines applicable to you. The app is therefore a simple and fast alternative to sending documents by mail.
The digital mailbox integrated into the "KVB ServiceApp" allows you to receive reimbursement notifications/subsidy notices and other documents from the Federal Railway Officials' Health Insurance Scheme intended for you paperlessly via the "KVB ServiceApp." The "KVB ServiceApp" also includes smaller self-service features.
The app itself is free to use. Please note, however, that you will need an internet connection (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data connection) to use it. Data transfer costs for sending documents depend on your network provider's rates and are your responsibility.
LOGIN AND SECURITY
If you have already registered on the KVB website, you can log in directly to the app using your membership number and password. Otherwise, you must register on the KVB website with the registration code to use the app and create your own password. You can then log in to the app using your membership number and this password.
The "KVB ServiceApp" can be used by multiple members on one device. However, each member must log in with their own membership number and personal password so that the app can assign documents to the correct member.
