The App is used for automating business communications, be it inbound or outbound calls. It helps in effectively and efficiently managing manpower in business to business communication.
This app provides a way to track your lead end to end using a sophisticated web based automatic CRM panel for both inbound and outbound calls.
We understand that every lead or every communication with customer is very important for customer conversion and thus we help and track every such communication.
The Core Functionality of the App is to Track our Agents and Sync their data to their CRM including SMS and call logs on web Panel.
User can View, Update, or Save leads from the app and sync it to their CRM.
Track Reports of every Call made by the agents from the Registered SIM and:
-assess and improve agent performance
-evaluate best practices for high-quality and efficient customer support
-you can use information gathered from reports to optimize trainings and workshops for new agents
Other functionalities :
- Call Masking feature
- Submit SMS and Voice Call Campaigns from the App.
- View all the reports from the app itself
- Send SMS and Voice call to a particular lead from the Web CRM through the app.
- Complete outbound call management
