With Circa’s flexible rent, you're in control of your rent payment. Choose to pay in 1, 2, or 4 installments across the month and choose the day(s) to pay. You can pay directly from your bank account or using cash at a retailer near you (sign up to see a list of locations). Circa is FREE when you pay in-full at the beginning of the month, and you can make changes last minute at no additional cost. Circa sends reminders by email or text, so you're never caught by surprise. Circa also stores all your lease documents and payment records in one safe, convenient place.
