Invoice requests are studied by the administration in terms of the possibility of fulfilling them and the availability of materials in the warehouse, thus sending a notification to the customer (accepting or rejecting the invoice, or rejecting some of its items if they are not available).
Customers can also review the support team’s information and contact them for any inquiries.
Customer can modify his personal profile data as well as cancel his dealings with Jasmin Trading Company by deleting his account.
The application is available in three languages: German, English and Arabic.
