VetBloom delivers multi-modal learning online, provides management of learning paths, keeps a comprehensive record of learning for individuals and teams, includes seamless integration of digital badges and certifications, and provides robust reporting and analytics for managers, coaches, and administrators.

Learning Strategy and Instructional Design: VetBloom employs educational specialists, learning technologists, instructional designers, and other learning professionals in order to provide a spectrum of support for designing competency-based instruction and assessment strategies that are founded on evidence-based approaches in learning and instruction. In addition to module and instructional design, the VetBloom team aids in curriculum design, competency identification and mapping, and learning project structure.

Content Development and Deployment: The VetBloom team has experience in developing a wide range of content formats from long form direct instruction to immersive 3D virtual simulation. In addition, the team supports the development and deployment of learning through diverse channels, managing the administration of blended, live, and virtual synchronous events as well as the agile development of cloud-based tools that support learners from the acquisition to application of industry-specific knowledge.
