Immunization is key to child survival. Missing Routine Immunization (RI) can be life-threatening for infants. Immunization is one of the most effective and cost-effective ways to protect children’s lives and futures. More than half of the world’s most vulnerable children still miss out on the essential vaccines they need to survive and live healthy lives. Globally, 1.5 million deaths could be avoided if children were vaccinated. In the future, we will also be adding an adult vaccine booking feature in which a nurse will come and administer the vaccine at your home.
Kidkare is an android application that has been specially designed for parents to notify the vaccination dates and keep track of the vaccination schedules for their child. User will get notification two days before the scheduled vaccination date they will also get vaccines information
Features of the app
1)The users should register and have internet connectivity to get a full vaccine schedule.
2) If any vaccine is missed by the parents the app will automatically change the date of upcoming vaccine/vaccines according to rules suggested by the Indian Association of Pediatrician (IAP).
3)Vaccination Schedule is automatically generated by just entering the Name and Date of Birth of the child.
4) The app has all the information on vaccines like doses, general information, and part of the body where the vaccine should be administered.
5) Multiple children can be added to track their vaccination schedule.
6) The vaccination schedule can be modified according to your healthcare providers.
