The service makes it possible to book workplaces, meeting rooms, parking spaces, lockers and other fully customizable points for the required time directly from the app. Simple Office is a convenient and modern way to save on rental costs by smart usage of office spaces. You can easily manage hot desk or assigned desk, and synchronize schedules of teams working partially remotely.

Simple Office is a turnkey solution to adapt an office to the Agile concept. Create multi-functional areas for your employees to work efficiently.

- Book desks, meeting rooms, parking spots and other spaces for you and your team;
- Filter locations based on preferences, add workplaces to favorites;
- Invite your team and partners to meetings;
- Check the map to see where your colleagues work;
- Follow specific people for updates about their upcoming schedules;
- Get an interactive online map of your office (optional);
- Leave maintenance requests to your office manager to fix any issues in the office;
- Web interface is available.

Software also includes:
- Admin panel to set up the office map, grant access rights to specific users and groups, manage reports, view heat map and invite users. Send notifications to all users about any issues in the office. Get notifications of employees’s check-ins. We offer SaaS and on-premise solutions, integration with Office 365 and Active Directory.
