In our mobile application, physiotherapy exercises for low back, neck, knee, posture and foot area are shown. These exercises are selected from the therapeutic movements that everyone can do. There is no harm in doing these movements. If you have a diagnosed physical condition, you should do this under the supervision of a doctor.
You can start performing these physical therapy exercises with less repetitions and increase the number of exercises over time.
The physiotherapy exercises shown in our application are as follows:
* Neck exercises (You can get rid of this situation called neck stiffness with stretching and isometric movements, which we often encounter in the morning)
* Low back pain exercises (I think there are not many people in the world who do not experience low back pain. These exercises applied in chronic low back pain and herniated disc will improve your quality of life)
