Founded in January 2016 by four friends concerned about the uncontrolled growth of violence in the state of Rio de Janeiro, the OTT-Brazil's main mission is to withdraw all citizens of the routes of the trawlers, false blitzen and stray bullets, that information they are collected, analyzed and disseminated in a very short time.
