Registration and purchase

Before you can buy tickets for the first time, please register under the “Profile” tab. Click on “Register” and enter your first and last name as well as your email address. You will then receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm your account and to assign a password (8 characters, upper and lower case letters as well as numbers or special characters).
Once you have registered, you can use all the functions of our app without restriction. Select your desired ticket in the “Tickets” tab and click on “Buy”. In the following dialog you can choose whether you want to start immediately or later and whether you want to buy the ticket for yourself or someone else. You will then be safely redirected to PayPal to complete the purchase. Since we currently only offer PayPal as a payment method (more are being planned), this is automatically saved as your preferred payment method and you do not need to enter your data again the next time you buy. After a successful purchase, you will find your chosen ticket in the “My Tickets” area. Here you can also see how long your ticket is still valid. Please remember to validate your ticket before you start your journey.
