Submit an application via mZUS for:
• educational benefit, the so-called 800+, i.e. financial support for each child under 18 years of age,
• family care capital, i.e. a benefit for the second and each subsequent child aged 12–35 months,
• co-financing the fee for a child's stay in a nursery, children's club or day care provider until the end of the school year in which the child turns 4,
• good start benefit, the so-called 300+, i.e. one-time financial support for students who start the school year.
Who is the app intended for?
Currently, it is an application intended for individual customers who can benefit from family benefits, i.e.:
• parental benefit 800+,
• good start 300+ benefits,
• family care capital,
• subsidies for a nursery,
with the exception of directors of care and educational facilities, care and therapy facilities, pre-adoption intervention centers and social welfare homes.
Thanks to the app
→ you will submit an application for the Good Start 300+ benefit, 800+ childcare benefit, family care capital and co-financing the fee for the child's stay in a nursery, children's club or day care provider,
→ check the current status of sent applications,
→ you will contact the ZUS hotline (ZUS Customer Contact Center) by phone or by message,
→ make an appointment at a ZUS office,
→ you will go to the website that allows you to book an e-visit at ZUS,
→ you will read messages for the mZUS application, PUE notifications, i.e. messages that appeared on your profile on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS), and correspondence with the ZUS Customer Contact Center,
→ you can work on behalf of the person who authorized you to use PUE ZUS.
Before you install the application
Make sure you have a profile on PUE ZUS and it is active. Information on how to set up a profile on PUE ZUS can be found at zus.pl.
Application activation
After installing mZUS on the selected device, connect the application with your PUE ZUS account.
1. Log in to PUE ZUS: https://www.zus.pl/portal/logowanie.npi.
2. In the Settings side menu, select Mobile devices.
3. Click New device.
4. The screen will display a QR code in the form of an image (to be scanned) and a string of characters (to be entered manually), which contains the device activation code.
5. Launch the application on your mobile device.
6. Read the regulations for using the mobile application.
7. Scan the QR code generated in PUE or enter the code manually.
Important! Before scanning the QR code, allow the mobile app to access the camera.
8. Enter the verification code that you will receive on the PUE access recovery channel you have set, i.e. to the phone number or e-mail address.
9. Set your four-digit PIN and start using the app.
