a. e-Permit: Application Status for Water and Sewerage Permit
(Applicable for permit B, C, D, and E)
b. e-Registration: provides facilities for companies who wishes to supply equipment, device, material, system or facility for water supply and sewerage system in Peninsular Malaysia, Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya and Labuan. Through Supplier e-Registration, companies are able to perform new, renewal , add model applications , submission of list of installation report and WEPLS application submission.

•. e-CLAPS: Registration for Class License & Permit A
2. Products: Water Efficient Product Labeling Scheme (WEPLS)
• List of WEPLS product and suppliers.
3. e-Aduan: General enquiries and complaints on matters regulated by SPAN
• (Water theft, Illegal water pipe connection, and etc)
4. Appointments: You can now schedule and rate your appointments with SPAN representatives.
5. SPAN Chat box : Allows you to connect with SPAN assistant, Waterbot
