MY Rental

“MY Rental” App can be described as Owner & Tenant Management System.
This App helps Owners/Landlords to manage their rental properties and keep a track on the Tenants and their payments on a monthly basis. In this App, the Owners/Landlords can assign a Manager to each of their properties.
The “MY Rental” App is a limited FREE TRIAL and thereafter we will charge the Owners/Landlords a minimum amount per month basis or yearly basis. We will be updating the cost details after the FREE TRAIL of 3 months.
The Owners/Landlords/Tenants must REGISTER the details to the “MY Rental” App.

OWNER / LANDLORDS PROFILE:
The Owners/Landlords can create individual property profiles each and can assign Tenants to each of their particular properties staying in.
Owners/Landlords must register with their Full Name, Date-Of-Birth (DOB), PAN
number, Property Name, Property Address, Property Image to be uploaded, Mobile Number, Email.
So, under “Works At” the Owners/Landlords can give as – BUSINESS.
During this procedure OTP will be sent to confirm the registrations. Once completed, the property will be displayed under the Owners/Landlords Profile Page.

ADD A TENANT:
To ADD Tenants under the Owners/Landlords property page, we need to Click on “Add Tenant” TAB.
Type in the Mobile Number of that Individual Tenant to add him/her to the rental property.
Now, the TENANT will receive a mail/OTP with their email id and password for them to register.
under that particular property. (Please note that the Tenants will have to install MYRental App from the Play Store).
The Owners/Landlords can fill in the Tenants Information to their particular property.
All the information needs to be filled.
Under Agreement Info: The Owners/Landlords must mention the correct Agreement details like
Start Date and End Date and also must set a “RENT DUE DATE” so that the Tenants will receive a message/reminder to pay the rent by this date (For example, pay by 5th of every month).
The Owners/Landlords can upload the Agreement copy in the App but this is limited to 1 image only.
Once the Owners/Landlords ADD Tenants to their properties an OTP is sent to the Tenants to CONFIRM (This is a security feature that’s been added in our App). The Tenant must provide a valid mobile number and Email-Id to the Owners/Landlords for the App to work.
Please note that only if the Owners/Landlords ADD’s the Tenants, he/she can register to that particular property.

TENANT PROFILE:
Once the information is received from the Owners/Landlords the Tenants must REGISTER into “MY Rental” App with the same Email-Id and Mobile Number provided to the Owners/Landlords.
PAN Number is Mandatory (for both OWNERS & TENANTS) as per the Government Of India.

MANAGER PROFILE:
To ADD a Manager to a property is optional.
The Owners/Landlords should first confirm the Mobile Number of the Manager once the mobile number is cross-checked in the system the Manager details can be registered.
Full Name, Age, Email-Id, Address, and Emergency Number need to be filled to complete the registration.
The Manager also has the option to CONFIRM the payment received by the Tenants. Once the Payment is received via Cash/Cheque the Manager can confirm a system-generated receipt to the Tenants and the Owners/Landlords who will receive a copy of the Rental Receipt by email.
Note: * Emergency number can be the Owners/Landlords number.
Rental Receipt can also be generated by the Owners/Landlords from their Owner’s Profile page.
