Babysitters who have obtained the “MoonSee certified” badge have passed a rigorous selection process which includes:
- identity verification
- reference checking
- validation of diplomas or certifications
- completing a psychological assessment interview
- taking psychometric tests based on neuroscience which assess empathy, emotion recognition and impulsivity
The application's functionalities allow parents to facilitate the organization of occasional (and secure) care for their children as well as the scheduling of their outings.
