The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, in the framework of the Support Plan for Colombians Abroad, has developed a means of information and alternative attention that responds to the new dynamics of interaction in the digital world.
Through this means of contact, it puts at the service of our nationals a consultation tool that allows the rapprochement with the consulates and proposes a constant, simple and easy communication in accordance with the digital policy guidelines that are framed in consolidating a state and Competitive and innovative citizens that generate public value in an environment of digital trust.
In the My Consulate Colombia application, users will find information about location, consular services, schedules, circumscription, requirements and costs of procedures, guide of the good traveler, guide of the Colombian immigrant, notifications of general interest and virtual assistant, among others.
