LearnOn is a personal coach platform enabling learners to learn micro size content daily till it forms a habit. Most learners quickly forget more than 90% of what they learned. LearnOn advance algorithms sends reinforcing micro learning contents to its audience with the focus to enable learners to apply the knowledge on their Job.
LearnOn as a personal coach will tailor the content based on needs, speed, capacity of the user. Reinforcement content is strategically designed and activated to ensure engagement, application and results for the user. Learning is driven through microlearning, social learning, gamification, assessments and peer reviews. These multi dimension approach enables learners to enjoy the process and learn on the go till it becomes their second nature.
The platform enables content providers (Anyone who has something to teach & Coach) can prompt their users with coaching content / Instructions to their users through a structured, scientific approach to engage users and transfer learning into actions and behavioural changes.
Currently LearnOn is in its beta version and the access to the content is through invitation with an access code to unlock the learning area.
