Julius is a fully working open-source version of Caesar 3, now available on Android.
Julius will not run without the original Caesar 3 files. You can buy a digital copy from GOG or Steam, or you can use an original CD-ROM version.

Govern your own Roman city:
- Create a city in your assigned province
- Harvest resources and build industry
- Trade with other cities in the Roman Empire
- Defend your city against invaders
